В советской литературной традиции уж так повелось - шпионов хороших, правильных, "наших" именуют разведчиками. Разведчиков с другой стороны именуют шпионами. Трагедия выпускников Нарвской русской гимназии в том, что стороны менялись неоднократно. Раньше был шпион - теперь, глядишь, он уже разведчик. И наоборот...
Подпольщики 1941 года
Если верить сайту Партизанское движение в Эстонии во время Великой Отечественной войны, то ЦК КП(б)Э образовал нелегальный партийный центр для ведения подпольной и партизанской деятельности на оккупированной территории республики в соответствии с постановлением ЦК ВКП(б) «Об организации борьбы в тылу германских войск» от 18 июля 1941 года. То есть создавали диверсионные группы, которые должы были действовать в подполье. Во главе подполья был поставлен тогдашний руководитель ЦК КПЭ Карл Сяре, длительное время работавший в ОГПУ на Дальнем Востоке. Трудно сказать, чего в этом решении было больше - авантюризма или непрофессионализма: поставить во главе подполья человека, которого узнавали сразу не просто как сторониика коммунистов, но как их руководителя. Арестовали его мгновенно, он выдал всех. Есть мнение, что выдал и агентуру ГПУ-НКВД на Дальнем Востоке, в том числе Рихарда Зорге. Поэтому "омакайтсе" и гестапо так легко зачистило коммунистическое подполье. Из выпускников Нарвской русской гимназии тогда погибли В. Голубев и Г. Тахтаров. Впрочем, есть мнение, что в обстановке всеобщего драпа никакого организованного подполья и не возникло, а "омакайтсе" просто зачистило не успевших убежать коммунистов, "истребителей" и членов молодежной коммунистической организации, которые слишком рьяно проявили себя в 1940 году. Под шумок свели и личные счеты (дело В. Карпина).
